Ordered $300 rollerblades, still not here 5+ days late

Ordered $300 rollerblades, fedex scanned them in as if they were delivered but of course they never were. Called to open an investigation into this with fedex and Dick’s. They reshipped another pair which will take another 4+ days to get here using fedex versus overnight shipping which they should have offered…I have doubts they will ever arrive. Fedex scanned in the package as if it was delivered, i believe that is some form of fraud. I asked to use a different shipping company but they said thats not possible. I also asked if it could be delivered to my local Dick’s store, also not possible. What an absolute headache and they have sucked all the fun out of getting a nice gift for myself to help with exercise. Mind you these are $300 rollerblades which are probably overpriced by $100 at least. If the second reship doesn’t arrive then I will add another review.

They lie, scammer alert

I took the time to fill out a survey, which I generally don't do, and was supposedly "awarded" a cooler. I paid for the shopping and now haven't heard a thing for two weeks. Beware, Dick's seems to be running a scam! If you get a chance to fill out a survey just pass on it. It is a complete scam!

This is the worst experience I've ever…

This is the worst experience I've ever had, My wife received a gift 2 sports bra Nike on her birthday size L, not her size we went to exchange them, her sister lost the gift receipt, so I told the customer service in the store what happened, the 2 bras total was $60, he scanned the 2 items and told me he will give a store credit for $7.45 because I don't have a receipt or gift receipt , I repeated myself my wife sister lost the gift receipt she paid $60 and now you want give me a store credit for $7.45 for both items that is a rip off. he said that is the company policy, My wife was so upset. you lost us a loyal customers. that is why you guys go out of business.

Altech nano 2.0 ear buds

Straight trash. Spent around $43 total shipped to house. Nothing but problems. Lasted a week. Won't pair, won't charge & weak sound when they did. Do NOT buy

Poor customer service and do not believe delivery estimate times.

False advertisement, not only that you're not allowed to leave a review on their website. As soon as I saw the reviews here now I understand why because they have a lot of bad reviews it's very hard in order to receive good service from Dick's apparently. The delivery estimate time was wrong and I still haven't received my item and I was charged and I was consistently being argued with that I was in charge when the money has been removed from my bank and I still haven't received a refund and I still haven't received an item and I also apparently can't cancel the order after 30 minutes. Do not order from this website because even if you do have problems customer service will not assist you. They will argue with you and consistently state the opposite. Manipulation and deception at its finest. I've had a discussion with one of customer service advocates which was Jane and the supervisor was Tommy.

Don't trust their return policy

They called my bike used because the wheels were dirty. I obviously had to ride it to know that it wasn't what I was looking for; don't trust this store. They sold me a product that wasn't what it said it was and now I can't return it after using it for an hour.

Awesome sale clerks

I just had a total knee surgery. I was using my cane… I walk in with my husband and asked for a electric wheelchair. I was told the electric wheelchair was missing… Some one took the electric wheelchair… Some people! Really. I was waited on. I got a nice Hoka tennis shoes… Very nice sale clerk and cashier. When we left and the sale clerk came to the car and give me a gift card. Very thoughtful business. I will be back. Thank you.

I made a purchase Friday night with…

I made a purchase Friday night with Dick’s for my son(youth football rib protector). I contacted the store before I made the purchase and they assured me the product was in stock. I then ordered the product with the intention of picking it up by 10am before I drove to another town for my sons game. Again Online it said it was available. I waited until after 930 and still didn’t receive a text or a email. I then called the store. After a 10 minute wait they came back and said that they couldn’t locate the rib protector. I called to check 5 minutes before close before I ordered! It’s really ridiculous. If I would of been called or texted at 9 or a little after I could of driven to big 5 or another sports store to purchase. When I called they acted as if they could care less. Horrible customer service imo. My kids play multiple sports and I’ve made many purchases between football, baseball and wrestling. I’m definitely not going to say I’ll never shop there again but I’m very disappointed in the customer service.
